Device not found when building in Visual Studio

SOLVED: First, I tried to update Windows and add missing components in Visual Studio Installer but nothing worked. Then I did this:

• remove the Hololens Device in "Devices and Printers" (with the Hololens plugged in)
• unplug the Hololens
• restart the computer
• plug the Hololens > Windows will normally reinstall the driver
• retry to compile

The DEP6200 error disappeared but I got a new one "DEP2500: Registration succeeded, but package registration information cannot be found". I simply recompiled and it worked.
