Preset download destinations and changing download destinations when certain keys are pressed #171

We would like to be able to create presets of download destinations and be able to change presets and download destinations with a single keystroke. I honestly think I am the only one asking for this.

Most of keys were used by twitter native keyboard shoutcut. It hard to let users control the limited resources.
