HMDB instead of pubchem/NIH? #236

The link in the bottom left brings you to NIH/pubchem which is only mildly informative sometimes. Is there a way to choose what database this link queries? I find HMDB to be much more useful for info on metabolites.

@surbhipoddar @Raghavdata Most of our users add HMDB Id in their compound database from what I have seen. Maybe it's time to change the default database?

@shubhra-agrawal: I agree,

  1. A redirection link should take users to relevant and useful information. Since it is not being achieved, we should change that.
  2. The Pathway on PollyPhi Visualization maps metabolites in the pathways according to the HMDB secondary accession numbers. Having HMDB would be useful there as well if an analysis is done on El-MAVEN using default database.
