feature suggestion: highlight ppm/amu window in spectrum widget #434

Would be kind of nice to have dashed vertical lines, or a gray box, or something of that nature in the spectrum widget to show the limits of the range currently pulled for the EIC (based on the ppm window).

@chubukov Are you talking about highlighting the area based on range on RT axis? I was going to suggest it but if we are talking about the same thing then I won't.
