Focus indicator:

Suppot for the 'max' layout (currently totally broken)
Support for partially hidden clients (require core changes?)
Fix the missing next screen symbols
Fix the move issue
fix move for floating clients

Resize indicator:

Merge exit patch upstream
Add mod4+mod to resize the clients

Both support switching from swap<->resize<->focus without ever lifting the mod4 key
