Adds Button Height and Button Width options to player bars in the ActionBars module.
Default behaviour is for Keep Button Size Proportional to be enabled, disabling the Button Height and Button Width sliders.
Disabling this toggle disables the Button Size slider and enables the Button Height and Button Width sliders.
Texture coordinates are automatically adjusted to prevent stretching.
