Manabar during Feral form inacurrate #290

The manabar shows mana losses but no mana gains with JoW or Manaspring Totem.

(Not my ticket, I only pushed it forward)

Pitbull use the LibDruidMana-1.0 Ace Library for a better mana sync during feral forms: https://www.wowace.com/projects/project-14283/files?filter-game-version=2020709689%3A41 https://www.wowace.com/projects/pit-bull/files/296595

Code in Pitbull\PitBull_DruidManaBar\DruidManaBar.lua. Maybe this is a attempt to fix this issue.

It's possible that this issue is not from ElvUI but from the server (B2B-TBC). Have players from other server (Warmane etc.) this problem too?
