Make 'SnowFallKeyPress' and 'SnowFallKeyPress Animations' compatible with ElvUI?

Is it possible to make the flashing star animation compatible with your ElvUI addon? This includes the SnowFallKeyPress and the SnowFallKeyPress Animation.
