[Bug] Guild/NPC titles hook to wrong plate or show with HP bar enabled #95

Guild/NPC titles sometimes hook to wrong nameplate or show with HP bar enabled

Wrong hook is reproducible with style filter (trigger: instance type-Sanctuary; Action: name only). #92
Title with HP enabled working properly on friendly (if I enable Health, title gets hidden). On enemy plates, title isn't hidden.

Also, I found a bug when having enabled the "Always show target health" and having a style filter overriding health bar with "name only" action - Titles disappear when targetted.

I'm still able to reproduce guild/titles hooking to wrong plate
