Clarification of Addon #1

Is it me or is this addon not working? I have tried several characters and have yet to see any visual procs pop up on my action bars or middle of screen. Otherwise, close this and tell me i'm crazy 😄

Do I need to be a certain level to see the procs? Or maybe one of my addons it not allowing me to see it? Help me out here ^_^

Do I need to have Cheese installed or is this a standalone addon for ElvUI?

Nevermind. I realize I need to be specced into certain specs for this to work properly.
