Feature request: support a web build

Quasar says it supports "Web" as a target. Can you document & support making such a build? People could use it as a self-hosted alternative to large paid sites. The issue of centralizing control of the web in the TTRPG space has been a big issue Jan 2023 with the OGL debacle. Having an alternative would be great. There don't seem to be any open source story creation tools nearly as comprehensive and ready to provide user-facing content as Fantasia Archive.

• The only thing that it would seem to need is groups and group permission to pages. Even without that, GMs could put user-facing data on it and just leave out content that players didn't discover yet.
• Can it already technically be served as a web app using some quasar command? I suppose having UAC is still necessary since currently anyone seeing the content could edit it.

Mid 2022 I tried to build the web app from quasar, but after many hours I did not get any proper solution. I think this needs many changes to work, but I am not familiar with quasar. I managed to build a PWA, but not a working one. I also want this to be self-hosted.
