Add a new search option #304

Could you please add a scheduler search option with the ability to sort by "none" ? It could be convenient to display all of the cuts that hasn't be tagged with a scheduler code. May be I don't put this request in the good section. If i do so I am sorry. I am a brand new user of github. I usually read but don't post.

This is the correct place. I'm looking at adding a "not" option to the search because there are times I want to search for something that isn't in a particular group or sched code. If this is something that gets added I can also make "not all" search for carts that don't have a scheduler code.
