Wishlist: RML to select SoundPanel #79

Implement an RML to select the current SoundPanel in both RDAirPlay and RDPanel.

If this is the ability to select a specific User or System panel (U1, S1, etc.), yes please.

This was requested by one of our volunteers recently.

In RDAirplay we have a sound panel for each day of the week. We'd like to be able to move some of the less-used buttons on those panels off to a common secondary panel. The DJ would press a button to select the secondary panel, do whatever action is needed in that panel, and then press a button to return to the original panel.

Under the covers we would assign RML to the button on the secondary panel that would re-display the original panel. All of the pieces to do this are available, except the ability to select a specific panel.
