[Feature] NPC dialogue translations #2

It would be great if we could get translations of the NPC dialogue in an overlay or at least in the chat. (I'm trying to learn English, but in-game vocabulary is difficult)

hello! I have a separate plugin for this where you can view all language variations including chinese and korean, and it's currently private because it has local development dependencies, but will hopefully be public soon when it's safe to be released for everyone to use out of the box. which client language do you use?

I usually use English, but if I'm on an important quest, I switch to French
