by recommending someone from your network for a job you can gain "aura"
some of the organisations posting jobs could pay for a premium service (ie. being assured of getting better fitting applicants)
the money is used to cover the operation costs (see #14), and the rest is reserved into a common pot
each month, each contributor can vote for the projects to finance with the money from the common pot. The more "aura" you have, the more decision power you get relatively to others.

doing a public talk to present JTM
any strategic contribution required to make JTM go forward
