On map, no error message when clicking on marker with no active vehicle selected #55

Some options

  1. Error message saying "Please select a vehicle first"
  2. Always have a vehicle open.
    When the map first loads, maybe automatically open the first vehicle. If the user chooses the vehicle that is already activated, nothing will happen.
