Remove Footer #63

This is not needed. It takes up space for the map.

We tried doing this, but adminLTE still leaves a blank space where the footer was. When you manually resize the page, the blank space disappears. Need for investigation.

Increasing the map size vh to 90 made this blank space disappear done with 553b96828c55a0eb8eed5ef93963682b4e1fc616
