Cluster info window still shows placeholder where deleted consumer was #70

  1. Go to map page and hover over a cluster to open the info window
  2. Go to the consumers page and delete a consumer that is in that cluster
  3. Go back to the map page
  4. The info window will have a placeholder there. screen shot 2016-05-20 at 7 50 34 am
