Info window still open on vehicle route page #73

If an infowindow is open in the main map (you have clicked a consumer) then you push 'configure route', the infowindow is still opened in vehicle route.

This is an unintended consequence of using the same map state between the map page and map route page.

I guess when the route page is loaded, we can clear out all infowindows.
