8 years ago I agree with almost everything.
About needs: I think many non-profits may need the the wheelchairs handling feature . Apart from the 2 seats need which we should remove, the other needs are just labels. We could make that labels configurable.
Should we talk with Quincy or Michael about this ?
These are just my ideas on how to convert this project into a more general project that can be used by multiple non-profits.

Stakeholders: Nonprofits that control a fleet of vehicles Nonprofits that manages a list of delivery addresses Nonprofits that pickup and drop off people
Items that need to be removed/modified: Logo - Could be customizable, or left out "Consumers" label - "Consumers" is the name that Options Inc gives to the people they serve. Needs - These are Options Inc specific requirements. There are a lot of calculations that take these needs into account, so I believe you can remove all these calculations.
Some questions: Would this general app be able to be used by Options Inc? A general application may not be useful to Options Inc because of the "needs" requirement.
Should we be researching currently available open source/commercial applications?
