Testing infrastructure. #46

This series of commits adds the testing infrastructure. It also improves my previous PR for handling 'static if' indentation.

How about replacing cask with sth. less obscure, e.g. plain emacs or docker?

Sure. See also #83. Docker would probably be overkill.
