Feature - Popover element errors #86

I use this decorator to show element errors when you hover over a field. It's great for inline forms where you don't want to mess up your layout.

Feedback is greatly appreciated.

:+1: because now I can't see any errors.

Also it would be nice if inputs will be marked as errors (need to surround elements with .control-group class)
