issue you can't play dead end/alt approach on custom game/campain

pls fix

Well, is it on survival? Probably because of the waves?

can't say, it's both on custom game and campaign; custom game won't let me in but campaign crashes the game. probably because the game is tricked to them existing at the same time as not at all…

replace the old map files with new ones
