An error occurred while entering the package manager #157

When I click > Tools > Package Manager, an error pops up, it is not clear if this error affects the usage for now.

My DevC++ version is 6.3, my system version is Windows 10 ltsc, and the language is Chinese.

I would like you to update the package manager if you can, I think it is too old.
