The file does not open using Dev-C++ 6.3 #169

Error when opening a file in the 1251 encoding, if there is a Cyrillic alphabet. But if you open it using hotkeys (Ctrl + O), then it opens without an error. Err Err1

The reason for the error was found, the topic can be considered closed.

@AspireM3400 what reason did you decide it was? The problem is still there. I just thought that the IDE does not work with encoding 1251, but only for UTF 8. I use the Embarcadero Dev-Cpp IDE not often, but I work with the old version of the IDE OrwellDevCpp. That's why I closed the topic.
