I think this issue was already posted before, but the latest version still has this issue. The Embarcadero Dev-C++ is very user-friendly and it's easier for the beginners to get started. I am using this Dev-C++ for my education purpose in a university, but unfortunately found this issue. Appreciated it if you can fix as soon as possible :)

Seems "Auto Indent" under "Editor Options" is the problem. If it is turned off, then working correctly.

Hopefully this helps for the coming new version!

Hi, I am still facing this issue. I did open an issue regarding the same, with it stopping and showing an error message. Please check if it's the same or not: https://github.com/Embarcadero/Dev-Cpp/issues/234 If it is the same, I'll just drop the message here and delete that.
