While reviewing cargo-deny's capabilities, I found something a bit confusing, and wound up doing a bunch of investigatory work into cargo-deny's underlying behavior and dependencies. Coming back to the docs, I noticed I understood something I didn't understand when I first read them, and I think it would save a lot of confusion if a sampling of the edge cases that cargo-deny doesn't handle were explained.
The first commit contains that explanation. The second is mostly a minor editorial pass done in light of that change, and I am happy to drop it.
