Description of Changes

Bump tract to the highest non-breaking version, this helps us by getting tonic/proto up to their latest, solving some dependency hell issues

I think cargo update in ~internal repo would work without bumping anything here. See #27.

Hehe yeah, that's impossible in ark as it stands, I might run one of those later in the week but you wouldn't believe the chaos that brings. Using the fork was enough to bump the lockfile so we can close this
