Port musl fixes from aports #7

While #4 will render this moot, that's a longer term thing, so until then, it would be good to add the patches in https://github.com/alpinelinux/aports/tree/277f8d6d616cd3687a4e7608e78d44907cf01f0d/community/chromium to the breakpad code so that this crate can be compiled for x86_64-unknown-linux-musl.

Replacing with pure Rust, no need for this.
