Fix usage with ember-cli 0.2.2 #3

The fixes the deprecations and the usage with Ember 0.2.2

Thanks for the PR, I tried this branch out locally and I get the same failure as travis.

I am going to close this request and open a new one. The issue is ember-velocity-mixin requires the config.app change, but with out the mixin, app is fine
