Development device and hardware direction #3

Some ideas here for discussion

Limit to ARM32 processor, this gives some advantages in being able to either start with AOSP kernel or develop explicitly against a known low power device. ARM32 has a number of off the shelf development boards including what I think might be the best option for development/ ease of access, the RPI Zero W, easily outfitted with screen, battery, and sim unit.

This is less to do with the a final "prototype" but more to do with standardizing a development device that can help further atmosphere and the initial rev of the device itself.

Thoughts, expansions, comments, concerns?

That's in line with what I had in mind, it will also be a welcoming environment for contributors and tinkerer.
