The new version of plasma cannon is worthless compared to the previous one. It cannot one-kill the following monsters anymore:

Hell Knight Mancubus Arch Vile (I believe if shot in the right spot it would die on one hit)

Of course these could be killed by headshot only.

Also the super shotgun is now useless against hell knights. Plasma cannon should be fixed otherwise there's no reason to update from 2.0.

The new plasma cannon cannot even kill multiple enemies in row as it seems. I keep shooting multiple imps at once and only one dies.

Also the reloading time is horrible. It was too long already, now it's just baad.

Also the new design is not bad, but it's weird. It doesn't really look like a cannon that would be capable of killing hell knights with one shot. The old one looked like pure energy covered with some thin coverage.
