they have pretty glitchy behavior when bounced off in water.

Hmm, man how would it, it definitely couldn't launch you upward in your swimming action, that would be ridiculous, hmm

Maybe just keep you in the triple jump action when you use a spring (like normally), and then set your action to swimming once you've reached the peak of your bounce? I don't know
