Tag gamemode idea - Frostbite #628

First issue So what i had in mind for a new tag mode is this mode, frostbite. In this mode, everyone starts off as a tagger. When you are tagged by another player, you are frozen. the only way to become unfrozen is for the person who tagged you to be frozen by another player. the player who spends the least time frozen wins.

(default timer of 120 sec)
