New Modifier - Coin Rush #78

Basically coins makes your boost cooldown go by quicker. natural coins could maybe respawn too (coins are apart of the stage design)

oh yeah, the recharge would vary with each coin type, yellow being the weakest, red being medium, and blue being the strongest.

This would be best as a modifier, maybe called Coin Boost (not super satisfied with the name). In the modifier, coins would respawn every 20 seconds. When you collected a coin, you get a extra amount of speed.

Some other stuff for this modifier. Kinda like the swap modifier (but not really) there would a visible hud showing what speed mutiplier you had. This modifier would have two settings, Speed amount, Speed Cap and Respawn Time. With speed amount toggles how much coin(s) gives in terms of speed, and coin cap, sets a cap for coin multiplier and respawn time, toggling how much time it takes for coins to respawn.
