simple scoreboard which shows high scores across all users scoring might be:

Easy to implement using dreamlo, or scoreoid if we want to get fancy.

Sure, it'll be easy to cheat, but who cares at this point? Cheating prevention for JS means using a server. Some thoughts on that here.
