Builds failing due to missing cloudbees jenkins instance #13

The jenkins instance at https://acmeair.ci.cloudbees.com/ has been hibernated, causing bin/buildimages.sh to no longer work.

Who owns that instance? Would it be possible to turn it back on?

@mk101 @pdehlke I have been working to transition this project back to IBM. @bondj @pdettori @dougrt, please let me know what you'd like to do. For now I un-hybernated.

@aspyker @bondj @pdettori @dougrt are there any news about the transition? I just tried to build the dockerimages but the Jenkins instance at cloudbees has again been hibernated. Could you please un-hybernate it? Thanks for any feedback!
