Make integration tests for staging work #756

We arrived at the point integration tests for dev are working. Time to make them work for staging too, so the pipeline can continue and deploy automatically to staging.

Closed by https://github.com/EmerisHQ/demeris-backend/pull/758. We now use port-forwards instead of Telepresence so tests should be able to run.

I couldn't test it 100% because:

  1. many tests are broken
  2. staging env had a lot of broken chains
