Add a back button + fix the bottom button positioning in the Swap Route page #1671

In fix on https://github.com/EmerisHQ/demeris/pull/1659, a new Swap Route page was introduced:

  1. The button to continue is buried since you often have to scroll to find it. Can we instead make the button fixed positioning at the bottom with the content scrollable underneath?
  2. There's no way to get back. We should have a back button like the other screens in the swap flow.
