[Swap] Input amount doesn't clear when switched to another "Pay" asset #1676

Describe the bug When performing a Swap, user's input amount doesn't clear up when switched to a different asset in "Pay" field.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Swap
  2. Click on e.g. CHEQ for "Pay"
  3. Input amount e.g. 50
  4. Click to open dropdown menu and choose another asset, e.g. ATOM
  5. Input amount stays the same at 50

Expected behavior Input amount for "Pay" should be reset to default value, i.e. 0

Additional context This experience is not ideal for users because most of the time the asset balance will not be right and users will see an error.
