test: temporarily-check-osmosis-instead-of-akt #1689

Edit: It's not Osmosis anymore. Osmosis test failed because we have 2 rows with osmosis (OSMO + ION). Therefore quickly changed it to persistence, simply to unblock all PR's.

Our e2e tests check if the test account has AKT as balance. Since Akash had an upgrade, our Akash node is down.

In the meanwhile I don't want failing e2e tests to block the frontend PR's, therefore I'm temporarily replacing this with Osmosis.
