Describe the bug The chain down red dot shows up on the tx pages

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Chain down
  2. Perform a tx (I did a swap)
  3. Observe the red dot
  4. Hovering over it shows chain down message

Expected behavior Shouldn't have red dot
