Standardise swap unavailable message #1717

Why? We are currently showing both greyed out 'Swap' button and greyed out 'swap unavailable' button: image.png image.png

Steps to reproduce

  1. Select a pair that's not available. e.g CRE as it's not listed on Osmosis yet
  2. Observe the greyed out Swap button
  3. enter an amount in the Pay section
  4. Observe CTA becomes 'swap unavailable'

IRIS appears to be unavailable to swap despite how it should not be so. ie) IRIS(cosmos-hub) -> IRIS(osmosis) -> OSMO(osmosis) -> JUNO(osmosis)
