Assets with 0 balance showing up on Pay list #1720

Steps to reproduce

open up pay list
scroll to the bottom
see assets that you have 0 balances

Assets with 0 balances shouldn't show up on the Pay list

Is this really a problem?

In Osmosis this is possible
In Junoswap this is possible
In pancakeswap this is possible
uniswap is down - can't check, but I also think it's possible

I actually think this is quite a nice feature even. It allows you to check how much you could trade it for - if you had it. (quickly checking a hypothetical swap between X new token and UST I do very often)
