Crescent is still showing up when CRE is selected in swap #1742

Steps to reproduce

  1. select any token for 'Pay' option
  2. select Crescent as receive option
  3. Observe Crescent is the Dex used

Expected Crescent pools should be ignored as per https://github.com/EmerisHQ/daggregation/issues/35
