Re-run dex agg routing calculation when user hits "flip" button #1766

currently no re-run happens so the user is left with empty input fields in the swap module. when user hits the "flip" button, take the previous returnAmount and outputDenom and call the routing endpoint with these as the inputAmount and inputDenom
