Fixing unstaking issue which was reported here: https://allinbits.slack.com/archives/C02TBMVAJDN/p1652189547556469

Added test

Created a new folder with staking tests

• Moved staking e2e test (nothing changed)
• Added e2e/staking/time-to-unstake.spec.ts which checks specifically if Osmosis is showing 14 days as unstaking
