Dex Agg widget lacks UI feedback when routes are unavailable #1781

Describe the bug Thread for reference The underlying issue is backend based, but the frontend is also lacking feedback for the user eg) no pools available for swapping atom/erowan

To Reproduce Try to swap atom -> erowan(might be fixed from the backend side, check the attached thread for specifics)

Expected behavior Proper feedback from the UI when routes are unavailable.
