Ticker and price fixes #203

Right now, the ticker uses the "Display Name" field instead of the "Ticker" field. Also, if we cannot fetch dollar price for some reason, we should use "-" instead of copying the amount.

On the screen above, we should see "DVPN" on the bottom right. And given that the price calls fails, we should see "-" in the first line.

Same thing for the asset list

Which branch are you looking at that allows you to see all eight of these assets? And should ION be here?

staging branch is hooked with mainnets, but relayer are not up

also pools appear to be buggy and we have issues with channels we're debugging atm
