Wire up mainnet demo account #254

I'll fund an account and we'll use it as demo. Need to add "Connect to Keplr" to each dead end (basically anywhere user would have to sign). Also need to add this "Demo" account in the navbar

Make sure to also hook up the demo account to the onboarding flow (PR #329)

We need to block the view where you see the QR Code/address on Receive when you're logged out. When you click on Receive, you should be asked to connect wallet
